This Data Policy describes the types of data Astramira collects through its website and software products, how that data is stored and processed, and the standards we apply to protect it. This policy supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to all users of Astramira services.

The Astra AI desktop application uses screen vision to observe your active trading platform in real time. This screen data is processed locally on your device. Astramira does not transmit, store, or log your screen contents, trading positions, account balances, or brokerage credentials on our servers.

Certain product telemetry (such as crash reports and anonymized usage statistics) may be collected to improve product stability. This data contains no personally identifiable information and no market or account data.

Astramira does not store, archive, or re-distribute your personal trading data, brokerage account information, or order history. Any market data displayed within Astramira tools is sourced from your existing brokerage or data provider connections and is not transmitted to or retained by Astramira.

We do not have access to your brokerage account credentials, positions, or transaction history.

When you use our website, standard web analytics data is collected, including pages visited, time on site, device type, browser, and approximate geographic location derived from IP address. This data is used to improve the website experience and is not linked to your personal identity unless you are logged in.

We may use third-party analytics providers, including Google Analytics, to process this data. Their collection and use of this data is governed by their own privacy policies.

When you provide your email address to subscribe to our mailing list or contact us, we store that address in our email service provider's system. We use this address to send you product updates, educational content, and communications you have consented to receive. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data in our custody, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and secure hosting infrastructure.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We work with trusted third-party service providers to operate our business, including email marketing platforms, payment processors, hosting providers, and customer support tools. These providers are contractually obligated to handle data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our instructions. We do not permit them to use your data for their own purposes.

Astramira is based in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights under applicable data protection law including the right to access data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to certain processing, and request data portability.
