Purchasing Policy

Everything you need to know about billing, subscriptions, and cancellations.

1Overview

This Purchasing Policy governs all transactions with Astramira LLC, including software subscriptions, indicator purchases, Academy course enrollments, and any other products or services. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

2Subscription Products

Astramira platform subscriptions (Core, Pro, and Enterprise tiers) are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless you select an annual plan. Subscriptions begin on the date of purchase and renew automatically at the end of each billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting hello@astramira.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the platform through the end of the period you have already paid for.

3Refund Policy for Subscriptions

Due to the nature of our digital products, all subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service.

If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented access to your subscription, please contact hello@astramira.com within 7 days and we will review your case individually.

4Academy Course Purchases

Online Academy courses are delivered digitally and are non-refundable once access has been granted. Please review the course description and prerequisites carefully before purchasing.

Las Vegas in-person trading courses require a deposit at the time of registration. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date.

Cancellations for Las Vegas courses made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund of any amounts paid. Cancellations made 15 to 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the event are non-refundable. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@astramira.com.

5Indicator and Software Licenses

Indicator licenses (including Trinity Suite components: Vela, Titan, and Nova) are non-refundable once the license has been activated or the product has been accessed on your TradingView or Thinkorswim account.

If you have purchased an indicator license and have not yet activated it, contact us within 48 hours of purchase for assistance.

6Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Astramira to resolve the issue may result in permanent suspension of your account and all associated licenses. We are committed to resolving any billing concerns fairly and promptly. Please reach out to hello@astramira.com before involving your payment provider.

7Pricing Changes

Astramira reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days written notice before any price increase takes effect. Continuing your subscription after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

8Enterprise and Custom Agreements

Enterprise tier customers and clients with custom agreements may have different refund and cancellation terms as specified in their individual contracts. In the event of a conflict between this Purchasing Policy and an enterprise agreement, the enterprise agreement controls.
