By accessing or using any Astramira products, services, or website (collectively, the 'Services'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our Services.

Astramira provides quantitative trading technology, including but not limited to: the Astra AI co-pilot application, the HUD platform, the Trinity indicator suite (Vela, Titan, Nova), educational content, the Insights blog, the Academy trading courses, and associated Discord community access.

All tools and content are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in our Services constitutes personalized financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials, for all activity that occurs under your account, and for ensuring your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws.

All content, code, indicators, algorithms, software, designs, graphics, and other materials provided through the Services are the exclusive property of Astramira LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial trading purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

You agree not to: share, redistribute, or resell any Astramira indicators, tools, or signals; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from any Astramira software; use the Services to engage in market manipulation or other unlawful trading activity; impersonate Astramira or its team members; or interfere with the security or integrity of our systems.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access without refund and may subject you to legal liability.

The content, signals, indicators, and educational materials provided by Astramira are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Past performance of any tool or strategy is not indicative of future results. All trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astramira LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Services, including any trading losses.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

The Services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
